Report on Our Sponsorship and Presentation at the Nikkei CNBC Seminar “Energy Independence and New Trends in Investment”

Green Battery Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Kotaro Okada) sponsored the Nikkei CNBC seminar “Energy Independence and New Trends in Investment,” held on Sunday, September 27, 2026. Yusuke Kato, Representative Director, spoke at the event.

In Part 1, we presented on grid-scale battery storage, which is playing a growing role in balancing supply and demand as curtailment of renewable energy output becomes an increasing concern amid the expansion of renewables.
In Part 2, Taizo Sugimura, former member of the House of Representatives, entrepreneur and investor, delivered a special lecture, offering an opportunity to consider the actions needed to achieve energy independence.
