Green Battery Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Kotaro Okada) is pleased to announce that it has filed a notification for registration as a power generation business operator with the Agency for Natural Resources and Energy, Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI), and that said registration has been duly accepted.

Green Battery has been developing energy solution businesses centered on battery storage systems. The social role of battery storage and power generation infrastructure is rapidly growing, as the stable supply of renewable energy and ensuring flexibility in the power grid become increasingly critical.
